Fehlermeldung bezüglich Titel

Howdy ich wollte folgende Dokumentstruktur festlegen bekomme jedoch für die Zeile mit meinem Titel die undefined control sequence Fehlermeldung:

Falsche Klammern

Die Zeile, in der der Titel festgelegt wird, ist nicht das Problem. Der befindet sich eine Zeile davor, wo anstelle von geschweiften eckige Klammern benutzt werden, um ein Paket einzubinden. Statt »amsmath« zu laden empfehle ich »mathtools«, welches ersteres lädt und seine Schwachstellen ausmerzt sowie Ergänzungen bietet (s. Anleitung). Und gewöhne dir gleich an, immer ein Minimalbeispiel hinzuzufügen.

Bin noch neu in LaTeX und habe deswegen mal den gesamten Fehlercode kopiert.

Die Protokoll-Datei alleine reicht nicht. Und statt hier den ganzen Text rein zu schreiben, kann die Datei auch als Anhang hinzugefügt werden.

Ich habe vorhin im Lawmaking einen Block von Sections und Subsections ausgeschnitten.
Eigentlich wollte ich den Block an andere Stelle schieben habe aber aus Versehen die Datei geschlossen.
Als ich dice Datei wieder geöffnet habe und per paste eingefügt habe, hat LaTeX das nicht akzeptiert und ne Fehlermeldung für Zeile i ausgegeben. Als ich alles wieder händisch eingetippt habe, chapeau es geklappt. Gibt es ne Möglichkeit ne große Menge Code so einzufügen ohne, dass es zu Problemen kommt?
